yes, there is no MPH in kuantan. here, you can only find popular book store (which, at the moment is having a sale and the discount is up to 70% , yessss) and a few (you can count it with fingers) small book shops selling kitab and cassettes of religious talks (but next to none of ustaz Ismail Kamus). and the same tudung that you can have with RM5/= in kl, they sell it by RM12-14each !
so instead of having a cup of coffee while reading the book of the month in the member's corner in mph like i used to do during week-ends, i opted for a nice day out with my new book at pantai sepat, a short 20 minutes drive from my rent house last week end. a good replacement indeed. as a matter of fact - better then within the confine of four walls and (forced) listening to musics (although not-a-hurt-to-the-ears one).
there is NO traffic jam in kuantan. and the beach is just 20 to 30 minutes drive, sounds good enough - for the moment.
